These terms govern your use of the PivotPlanit website. They are deliberately short, because this site is a place to read about us and get in touch, not a product you log into. If we work together, a separate written agreement governs that work.
1. Who we are
PivotPlanit is a sole proprietorship based in Florida, United States, operating a revenue operations agency. In these terms, "PivotPlanit", "we", and "us" refer to that business, and "you" means anyone using this website.
2. Using this site
You may read this site, contact us through it, and apply for roles through it. Please do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to do anything unlawful.
Our job application form is hosted by a third-party provider, Formaloo. Your use of that form is also subject to their terms.
3. Client engagements are governed separately
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Descriptions of our services, our pricing approach, and past results are provided for information. If you engage us, the scope, fees, and terms of that work are set out in a separate written agreement between us, and that agreement governs, not this page.
4. Our reporting tools
We operate internal tools that read advertising and marketing data for reporting, including a Google Ads reporting integration used with our clients' authorization. These tools exist for our own and our clients' reporting. They are not a public product and are not offered for use through this site. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, and software of this site are ours, or used with permission. These terms grant you no ownership of them. Client names and marks that appear here belong to their respective owners. Anything you send us remains yours.
6. No warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is". We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always reachable. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PivotPlanit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
