PivotPlanIt Ads Reporting is a read-only reporting application for Google Ads. It reads a client's advertising performance data, with the account owner's authorization, so that PivotPlanit can report to that client on how their advertising is performing.

What the application does

• Connects to a Google Ads account through the Google Ads API, only after the account owner has authorized access.
• Reads campaign performance data: campaigns, spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, and device and date breakdowns.
• Loads that data into a restricted reporting dataset, where it is used to build performance and attribution reports for the same account owner.

Why it requests Google user data

The application requests the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) for one purpose: to read the authorizing account's advertising performance so it can be reported back to that account's owner. The data is not used for any other purpose.

The application does not create, edit, pause, or manage campaigns. It does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google user data. It does not use Google Ads data for advertising, and does not sell or transfer it to anyone.

Who uses it

There is no public sign-up. The application is used by PivotPlanit to serve its clients. A client's account is connected only when that client, as the account owner, grants access, and the client can remove that access at any time.

How the data is handled

Data is stored in a restricted Google BigQuery dataset readable only by authorized personnel and a limited service account. It is kept for the duration of the client engagement and deleted on request. Full details are in the Privacy Policy, and use of this site is covered by the Terms of Service.
